Weapons and Dangerous Items

Fraud and Scams

8. Vehicle Advertisements

Users advertising cars, motorcycles, commercial vehicles or other vehicles are responsible for providing accurate information.

This may include:

• Year

• Registration information where appropriate

• Condition

• Price

• Ownership information

• Accident or damage history where relevant

Buyers should independently verify registration, ownership, insurance, financing, vehicle condition and other relevant information before completing a transaction.

9. Jobs and Services

Advertisers posting jobs or services are responsible for complying with applicable employment, business and consumer laws.

Listinger.in does not guarantee that a job advertisement, employer, employee, freelancer, contractor or service provider is genuine, qualified or trustworthy.

Users should independently verify identity, qualifications, business registration and other relevant information.

Users should never pay money solely because someone claims to offer a job through Listinger.in unless they have independently verified the legitimacy of the opportunity.

10. Transactions Between Users

All transactions are conducted directly between users unless Listinger expressly provides a transaction service.

Listinger.in is not responsible for:

• Payment disputes

• Non-delivery

• Product defects

• Fake products

• Misrepresentation

• Property disputes

• Vehicle disputes

• Service quality

• Refunds between users

• Shipping or delivery problems

• Personal injury or property damage arising from a transaction

Users are responsible for negotiating transaction terms and conducting appropriate due diligence.

If we introduce paid services such as featured advertisements, premium listings, subscriptions, promotional services or other paid features, additional payment, refund and cancellation terms may apply.

Where applicable, the price and applicable terms will be displayed before payment.

Users must not use Listinger to facilitate unauthorized or fraudulent payments.

12. User Content

“User Content” means any information, text, images, videos, advertisements, reviews, comments or other material submitted to Listinger.in.

You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights granted to Listinger under these Terms.

By submitting User Content, you grant Listinger.in a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute and otherwise use the content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and improve the Listinger service.
